Shipping policy
When placing an order please ensure that all information entered is correct. If there are any noticeable discrepancies, we will attempt to contact you to resolve these issues.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice that there has been an error in your address. It is not the responsibility of The Joney Brand to replace or refund any items due to this error.
Once shipment has been initiated, you will receive tracking information to the email address or phone number provided on the order.
The Joney Brand does not take responsibility for any shipments after it has been delivered to the USPS. Any issues after this point must be addressed with the Postal Service. No shipping refunds will be issued to DELIVERED products.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders should be received within 2-5 business days with the exception of holidays and weekends.
