  • The Joney Brand takes pride in providing excellent customer service and communication with all customers. 
  • All sales are final and we only offer store credit in the form of Gift Cards.
  • If you find that you may need to return an item, please communicate any issues to us within 5 days of receiving the item. Please note that you may be responsible for the return shipping of the item. 
  • Before placing order please pay attention to the description of each item. We strive to provide you with any information that will help you order correctly.
  • If for any reason you decide to cancel your order after it has processed, you may be entitled to a refund with a 15% restock fee deducted from balance.
